We recently had our oak floor sanded and lacquered by Sean from SAS Carpet Cleaners, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
Sean arrived exactly when he said he would, which immediately set the tone. He was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The finish on the floor is beautiful and has completely transformed the room.
There was a slight imperfection that only became visible once the final coat had dried, but Sean handled it brilliantly. He came back without hesitation, with a smile, apologised, and put everything right. That level of care and commitment is rare and very much appreciated.

Our solid oak floor was in desperate need of some TLC and was looking very worn.
Sean was very professional from start to finish and has provided a service beyond our expectations.
Sean explained all of the different options and gave us time to decide on what we felt was best for us.
Due to a cancellation Sean managed to squeeze our job in before Christmas and also before our new sofa delivery, so Christmas has officially arrived early in our house!
We are over the moon with the results and cannot recommend Sean enough, our floor looks brand new.

We had some wooden floors across our kitchen / dining area that had seen plenty of traffic and use. It's fair to say it was looking in a pretty sorry state with some stained and damaged boards. We were expecting to have to replace the floor when we came across Sean. He did an awesome job to sand and restore our floors... in fact the floor now looks better than when it was newly installed. Everyone who has seen the floor has been amazed at the improvement. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sean restored a parquet floor for us in our pub. He did a fantastic job and the floor looks incredible. The floor had been covered with carpet & fixed ceramic tile for many years so we never expected it to come up so well!
Sean has also cleaned and treated another wooden floor, ceramic tile hallway and LVT flooring in the pub so they look great!
I have booked him to clean my sofas next week and have no doubt they'll look brand new!
